- How Can I Wash your products?
Except the "lavander's products" , all are hand-wash (cold) |

- How many days after my order do I get my delivery?
10 days for Europe, 15 days to rest of the world (we are dependant of the mail office of each country ) |

1. For new customers (first order), we require bank transfer.
2. After the first order , you can choose between bank transfer or payment on delivery.
